• Lend out and bring back via the secretariat
• You can't lend out Journals

Register:

• Staff and students UGent: automatic - no fee
• Staff and students UZ and Association UGent: register at the central library (Rozier) - no fee
• Others: register at the central library (Rozier) - fee 10 EUR

Lend out:

• Staff ELIS: until end of contract with a 1 year limit
• Other staff UGent, UZ and Association UGent: 2 months
• Students and outsiders: 1 month
