The Europractice partners - imec, STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and Fraunhofer IIS - are pleased to bring you details of forthcoming low cost training courses on selected Europractice supported IC design flows. As well as offering you the chance to attend, we would be grateful if you would bring these training courses to the attention of your colleagues who you feel may be interested in attending.
Courses scheduled to June 2017 are as follows. Other courses, plus alternative dates for some of the following, are also scheduled from September to December 2017.

These Europractice courses will examine a specific design flow and, through a mixture of lecture and practical sessions will enable delegates to better understand the challenges and how to address these by appropriate use of design tools and design methodologies.
All courses will include practical sessions that will use design tools that are available to Europractice members through the Europractice design tool service (software service) and will use technologies (where appropriate) from the Europractice IC service (MPW service).
The courses are provided by staff from the Europractice partners and will be held at the partners’ dedicated training facilities in Leuven, Belgium (imec), near Didcot, UK (STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory), and in Erlangen, Germany (Fraunhofer IIS).
These training courses are open to Professors, Lecturers, Academic Staff and postgraduate students at low cost from established academic sites who are either Academic or Research Laboratory members of Europractice.
The central course booking website is maintained is maintained by STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory on behalf of the partners. General questions regarding the training courses or the booking process should be directed to MicroelectronicsCentre@stfc.ac.uk in the first instance.
